From programming logic to object-oriented engineering · 8 weeks
Nexora CPPFORGE is a beginner-to-practical programming track. Learners move from C++ syntax and problem solving into pointers, object-oriented design, modern C++ and the STL, then finish with an engineering capstone and technical defense.
Learning outcomes
- Write C++ programs with functions, arrays, strings and references
- Manage memory with pointers, new/delete and RAII awareness
- Model problems with classes, inheritance, polymorphism and the STL
- Deliver an OOP capstone with file persistence and a technical defense
Prerequisites
- Willingness to practise weekly; prior C is helpful but not required
Curriculum
- C++ toolchain, namespaces and iostream
- Types, I/O, conditions, loops, functions, references
- Basic debugging and Git
Assignments
- Guided practice and independent coding tasks
- Module assignment and debugging challenge
- Quiz, code tracing and interview questions
Projects
- A C++ OOP capstone with STL-based data handling, file persistence and a technical defense
Who this is for
- Students who need C++ and object-oriented engineering as a foundation
Career outcomes
- Prepared for later systems, performance-oriented or product tracks that expect C++ fluency
FAQ
How is each module taught?
